SHIPPING TO SWEDEN
All shipments are FREE and insured. Products that we can deliver from stock will be delivered within 3 to 5 days. For products that we do not have in stock, the delivery time is 7 to 9 working days. You will receive the tracking link within 24 hours so you can keep track of your order.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you always have the right to return it.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you may return them within 14 days of receipt. Please send the completed return form, together with the invoice, with the shipment. If this form is not fully completed, we will not be able to process the return request.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be returned in its original condition and with the tags attached. The product must show no signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned products if we suspect that they have already been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Returns
Once the product is received, it will be exchanged as soon as possible or the purchase price will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days.
Refunds delayed or not received
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially recorded. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service.
General terms and conditions of sale
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Products such as underwear, lingerie, hosiery and cleaning products are not covered by Nontona Boutique's return policy for hygiene reasons. These products cannot be returned and will not be considered.
- Provide a tracking code with the return (at your expense).
- Send a photo of the tracking code by email on the day of shipment.
- The return form must be printed and attached to the package.
- The product must be returned unused.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The product will be checked for damage caused by the customer's actions, so it will not be taken into account if you send a product damaged by your own actions..
